Comments from Centre Principal
Collaboration
Between educators
"The teachers already have the freedom to discuss what they want to teach and in several occasions, they do communicate amongst themselves. However, having a compulsory meetup time could be more effective and efficient for class teachers to discuss lesson plans. Since the meeting will be formal."

Collaboration
Between teacher and parents
"We actually have our own app to connect parents and teachers already. However we can consider this to be another alternative as the app has many interactive features that our app is lacking. Our app only allows teachers and parents to send messages and be updated about the child. So maybe with the interactive features of liking and commenting each other’s posts could foster better bond with parents and teachers. Maybe we can update our own app as such."

Parental Involvement
At home
"Our parents and the center have a tea session with every class in January every year. But maybe we could combine this with your workshop idea. We could further emphasize the importance of parental support. The materials you have created is attractive and beneficial however for the booklet you could have add more information. It is very smart to introduce some games that the parents can play with their children to promote bilingualism. At least parents can also have fun in the process"

Parental Involvement
In school
"Parental collaboration as such is already in place but the idea of having the scheduling done in the beginning of the year could be a potential improvement, since parents would be informed at the beginning of the year. They would then be able to pre-empt themselves about future scheduling regarding our curriculum. I can also see that sincethe schedule would be shared during the parental workshop, it could sway the parents even more to be participative in their child's education"
